Each party has a minimum of 10 children at £60 per head.
All you need to know!
Party running order
You will spend 1 hour in one of our amazing makeup classrooms with your own personal children's entertainer! Here, you will receive a makeover, makeup demo and/or hair glitter (this depends on the package chosen upon booking) and entertainment.
Then, you will spend the remainder of the party (2 hours) in our VIP suite having food along with a visit into our empire and shop.
What's including in the Food and Drinks?
Each Child will receive a full meal from the children's menu.
This includes anything from burgers and chicken goujons to pizzas and mini breakfasts. The table would then receive a dessert platter to share.
Adults would need a separate reservation made directly through the pink island cafe's live booking link. Adults would be able to get drinks at the bar without a reservation.
Can adults come?
Two adults can attend with the party for free. Any other adult attending
would need to purchase a ticket online (or pay £5.00 on the door).
The entry fee is redeemable against product within the shop.
Is there parking available?
Yes we have a limited number of parking spaces on site, a parking fee of £5 is required on entry.
Alternatively, parking is available on street with a few minutes walk.
Can I arrive earlier to go shopping?
Unfortunately not, you must arrive at your allocated time slot. There will be time to visit the shop during the party booking.
Is there a minimum number of children required to book a party?
Yes, we have a minimum requirement of 10 children in order to book a party. We do not recommend exceeding 12-13 children due to limited space in the party room.
How much deposit is required?
We take a deposit of £120 up front.
Is the deposit refundable?
Unfortunately not, all deposits are none refundable.
When do I need to pay my final balance?
If you have chosen Partial Payment, we'll send you an invoice via email around 2 weeks prior to your party. This must be paid prior to the party.
If you have additional children attending the party, over the 10 minimum, we'll collect that payment on the day of the event.
Do all children receive a gift?
If you book the platinum package then yes, all children will receive a goodie bag filled with P.Louise products. The birthday babe will receive an extra special bag!
